Joint Training of AF and AD Units

Joint training for intercepting targets in the airspace is being conducted in the 204th Air Force Brigade and the 126th ASEWG Brigade.
The objective of this training is to raise the level of competence and skills of fighter pilots and controllers to quickly bring the interceptor into a favourable position in relation to the intercepted aircraft.
It is complex and advanced training that requires a high level of individual competence of both fighter pilots and controllers, as well as all other participants in the process of preparation and execution of training.
The conduct of joint training of different units of the Air Force and Air Defence improves the capabilities of this branch of the Serbian Armed Forces to perform tasks in the airspace control and protection and the competence of the command to plan and conduct operations, and at the same time trust is established between pilots and controllers in the execution of assigned tasks.
