The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović has extended his congratulations on the occasion of July 5 — the Day of the Directorate of Standardization, Codification and Metrology.
GREETINGS TO THE COLLECTIVE OF THE DIRECTORATE OF STANDARDIZATION, CODIFICATION AND METROLOGY ON JULY 5 – THE DAY OF THE INSTITUTION
On the occasion of July 5 — the Day of the Directorate of Standardization, Codification and Metrology, I extend my heartfelt greetings to members of the Directorate on behalf of members of the Serbian Armed Forces and myself.
You celebrate this day to commemorate the year 1863, when in the Principality of Serbia, based on the law of Miloš Obrenović, the Artillery Directorate adopted the first standard “Administration of all technical records written by technical bodies”.
With the professional and dedicated work, you contribute considerably to strengthening the Serbian Armed Forces and the Defence System as a whole through the adoption of standards of the Republic of Serbia Defence System, the codification of equipment and the management of metrology activities in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
