Visiting the 101st Fighter Squadron

Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović, visited today members of the 101st Fighter Squadron ("Knights") at the military airport "Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović".

During the visit, General Mojsilović gained insight into the organization of life and work of this unit within the 204th Air Force Brigade and attended a demonstration of the preparation of pilots and "MiG-29" aircraft for flight tasks. He also visited the works on the modernization of the "MiG-29" aircraft, which are being performed by Russian specialists.

In conversation with "Knights", possibilities for further improvement of the training and work conditions were mentioned, but also the standards and status of the unit’s members.

The Chief of the General Staff expressed his satisfaction with the progress made in developing the training of crew and technical staff and operational capabilities of the 101st Fighter Squadron and praised their selfless commitment and dedication to the profession and the Serbian Armed Forces.
