Gold for a Sniper of the Serbian Armed Forces

Second Lieutenant of the Serbian Armed Forces Đorđe Lapčević has won the first place in the competition of 18 mixed sniper pairs in the event Sniper duel at the International Military Games in Belarus.

Second Lieutenant Lapčević, a member of the Army Special Brigade, competed in a pair with a member of Belarus Armed Forces Igor Alexandrovich Efymchik.
 
Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin congratulated Second Lieutenant Lapčević on the achieved result.
 
A nine member team of the Serbian Armed Forces in the event Sniper Frontier in Belarus, not far from Minsk, competed in individual shooting and in the competition of sniper pairs.
 
At the International Military Games, one of the largest military sports competitions in the world, the members of the Serbian Armed Forces participate in three events – Tank Biathlon, Sniper Frontier and Engineering Formula. Military Sports Competition, which is going to last until 11th August, is being held in the territory of seven states – in Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Iran and Armenia.
