Exercise of the Jablanica Brigade Supported by Computer Simulations

An exercise of the Jablanica Brigade command, supported by computer simulations, was conducted at the Simulations Training Center in Belgrade.
During the exercise, in a simulated environment, members of this territorial brigade, whose foundation is the Third Training Center, practiced planning, organizing and conducting defense.
During the implementation of exercise activities, knowledge of the principles of use of units and means and interaction with units of the Army and the Air Force and Air Defense were checked. Tactics, techniques and procedures in performing the defense operation were practiced and the quality of decisions made at all levels of command was analyzed on a daily basis.
Exercises supported by computer simulations are an important form of practical command training in the Serbian Armed Forces. Such exercises provide an opportunity for staff officers and unit commands to improve their ability to plan and conduct combat operations in real conditions with minimal expenditure of material resources.
