Admission of Youngest Generation of Soldiers to Military Service

Yesterday, a new generation of soldiers was admitted for voluntary military service in the basic training centers of the Serbian Armed Forces in Sombor, Valjevo and Leskovac.

Upon arrival at the barracks, the soldiers underwent mandatory examinations, they were assigned weapons and equipment and then deployed to units, where the commanders introduced them to their rights, obligations and tasks during their military service.

In the next month and a half, soldiers of all specialties will undergo basic training, after which the training will continue in the specialist training centers.

Military service lasts six months and includes three months of basic and individual specialist training in the Training Command centers, followed by collective training and active involvement in the life and work of the Serbian Armed Forces units until the end of military service.
