Visit from Commander of Hellenic Special Warfare Command

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, had talks in Belgrade today with Commander of the Special Warfare Command of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Tsitsikostas, as part of his official visit to the Republic of Serbia.
The discussion at the meeting held in the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff covered the cooperation between the special operations units of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Hellenic Armed Forces, as well as possibilities for its further promotion.
During the conversation, it has been estimated that there is a high-level cooperation between the Serbian and Hellenic special operations forces, primarily in the field of joint exercises, and it has been confirmed that there is a strong orientation towards its further development in common interest and to mutual satisfaction.
Lieutenant General Georgios Tsitsikostas visited today the Pančevo-based 72nd Special Operations Brigade where he was presented with this SAF unit’s specific role, tasks and training facilities.
