He attended the rehearsal of night combat actions and was reassured of excellent soldiers' and officers' tactic and fire capabilities and high-level interoperability of exercise units from different SAF components.

Joint Live Fire Tactical Exercise "Fire Shield 2022", with over a thousand SAF members taking part, aims to enhance the abilities of the Serbian Armed Forces’ commands and some of the units to conduct day and night defensive operations on different types of terrain and in various weather conditions.

The exercise units appeared on the field at the end of last week and are to complete their intense training-ground activities on Saturday, 09 April, performing a drill in which a reinforced tactical group conducts a night defensive operation. On that occasion, the Serbian Armed Forces will demonstrate determination, skill, fire capabilities and high-level interoperability and cooperation in response to challenges, risks and threats to the security of the Republic of Serbia, as well as some of materiel developed by our domestic defence industry.
