"Neva" Crews’ Combat Training

At their deployment locations, the air defence missile battalions armed with the "Neva" missile systems undergo the unit-specific combat training on a daily bases.
For the duration of the training, the crews practice the combat use of missile-technical assets and basic technical maintenance. The aim is to maintain and improve the abilities for airspace control and protection.
The training program comprises all contents concerning tactics of using and maintaining the system, focusing on preparation and execution of firing according to the defined standards and norms.
Such training, coupled with continuous career development in 250th Missile Brigade, provides high-level capabilities for engagement of permanent combat-ready forces for control and protection of the airspace of the Republic of Serbia and conducting a defensive air-defence operation.
