First Skills Assessment of Recently Admitted Soldiers

At the Serbian Armed Forces training centers in Sombor and Leskovac, the basic individual skills of soldiers who started voluntary military service in March were checked.
This is the first evaluation of skills of the latest class of soldiers, intended to determine their ability to perform tactical actions and procedures on the battlefield independently, handle weapons and military equipment properly and perform the duty officer and guard service roles.
During the check, the soldiers carried out tactical tasks, applying the knowledge and skills acquired since joining the units of the Serbian Armed Forces, and the achieved results indicate that they have fully mastered the planned contents. With this, they successfully completed the first phase of the first period of military service.
Further on, during their military service, the soldiers will be trained in specialized training centers to use their branch / service-specific assets and equipment, in order to prepare for the final phase — collective training in the Serbian Armed Forces units.
