Visit by U.S. Aerospace Medicine Specialists

An aerospace medicine expert delegation from the United States European Command is paying an official visit to the Air Force and Air Defense of the Serbian Armed Forces.
During the multi-day visit, Serbian and American experts will be discussing the essential aspects of aerospace medicine relevant to flight safety, exploring the possibilities for continued cooperation of professional medical services of the two countries’ air forces.
The focus of the discussion will be the selection of candidates for military pilots, paratroopers and remotely piloted aircraft operators, with the exchange of professional experience in applying physiological training programs on a centrifuge, a device for spatial disorientation and a hypobaric chamber.
This activity represents the continuation of the successful expert-level cooperation between the Serbian Air Force and U.S. Armed Forces, contributing to the improvement of medical protection and flight safety.
