Remembrance Day for Victims of NATO Aggression Marked

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, participated in a commemoration ceremony at the Air Force and Air Defence Command building in Zemun on the occasion of marking the Remembrance Day for Victims of NATO Aggression.

General Mojsilović, accompanied by Head of the Operations Directorate (J-3) of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, Lieutenant General Želimir Glišović, and Chief of Staff of the Air Force and Air Defence Command, Colonel Gordan Pavlović, laid a wreath at the memorial honoring fallen members of the Air Force and Air Defence of the Yugoslav Army.

Furthermore, wreaths were laid by Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence, Lieutenant General Duško Žarković, delegation of previous commanders of this operational command, and representatives of local government, educational institutions and veterans’ associations. 

Remembrance Day for Victims of NATO Aggression was marked at commands of the units and establishments of the Serbian Armed Forces by commemoration gatherings and ceremonies of laying wreaths at memorials to killed members of the Armed Forces, the Serbian Armed Forces being part of commemoration ceremonies at both republic and local level.
