1st Brigade Conducts Computer Assisted Simulation Exercise

The “Strike 2025” exercise has been conducted at the Simulations Training Centre this week, during which the command and units of the 1st Army Brigade practiced planning and executing combat actions in the operations of the Serbian Armed Forces.
During several days of activities, in accordance with the given scenario, tactical actions and staff procedures in the phase of operations execution were practiced and checked, along with the analysis of work of commands in the decision-making process at all levels of command.
Knowledge of the principles of use of units and assets, as well as collaboration and cooperation with the units of the Gendarmerie of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, were also checked.
Through preparation and implementation of the scenario and list of major events, the exercise management made possible for staff officers to apply their knowledge and show creativity during exercise activities with the aim of using effectively units in various tactical situations.
Computer assisted simulation exercises represent an important form of practical training for commands in the Serbian Armed Forces, since they provide an opportunity for staff officers and commands to train themselves to plan and execute combat operations using the minimum amount of material resources.
