Centre for Operational and Technical Support of the Military Police

The Centre for Operational and Technical Support of the Military Police is designated for the suppression of high-tech crime and the implementation of special evidentiary actions using specialized investigative techniques, to collect evidence and clarify criminal offenses for which the law prescribes the application of special evidentiary measures, and whose execution requires specific operational-tactical and technical methods and procedures.

The Centre for Operational and Technical Support of the Military Police is directly subordinated to the Military Police Directorate of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff.

Tasks of the Centre


The Centre for Operational and Technical Support of the Military Police performs duties and tasks related to the detection and suppression of all forms of criminal activity within or directed against the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, in accordance with the law. It also provides support to all Military Police bodies in the execution of their duties and responsibilities within its scope of work.

Traditions of the Centre


The Center for Operational and Technical Support of the Military Police was established by decision of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia on March 17, 2021. Despite its short period of existence, the institution has carried out a wide range of tasks in the field of operational and technical support for the detection of criminal offenses.
