Reception on Occasion of New Year’s and Christmas Holidays

Minister of Defense Miloš Vučević and Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff General Milan Mojsilović have hosted a reception on the occasion of the New Year’s and Christmas holidays at the Guard’s Club in Topčider this evening.
The reception has been attended by Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces and President of the Republic Aleksandar Vučić, Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović, President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, Speaker of the National Assembly Vladimir Orlić, ministers in the Government, MPs, members of the collegium of the Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff, representatives of the local government, state institutions, religious communities, diplomatic and military-diplomatic corps, veterans, as well as numerous guests from the public and cultural life.
Summarizing the results of the year behind us, Minister Vučević has pointed out that the New Year’s gathering is always an opportunity to thank everyone for the support and help they provided to the Ministry of Defense and Serbian Armed Forces that year and to invite everyone to work together even more committedly and dedicatedly the next year so that Serbia could be a safer and more secure state.
A film about the most significant achievements of the Ministry of Defense and Serbian Armed Forces was presented at the reception, and the program was rounded off with a performance by “Stanislav Binički” Artistic Ensemble.
