Rasina Brigade
Rasina Brigade is intended is intended to provide the initial conditions for the
mobilization, growth, training and reaching the operational capabilities
of this territorial brigade according to the war formation.
It is located in garrison Kruševac, in the barracks "Car Lazar".
Rasina Brigade comprises HQ, HQ Company and Logistic Company.
Tasks of the Rasina Brigade
Rasina Brigade is tasked with:
- Building operational capabilities of the Brigade
- Logistic support
- Protection of facilities, movable goods and personnel in garrison Kruševac
Traditions of the Rasina Brigade
Command for Deployment of the Rasina Brigade was established on December 1, 2011 by a Decision of the Minister of Defence through reorganization of 6th Training Centre, which was formed from 125th Motorized Brigade. The unit celebrates its day on October 19 in memory of the day when, in 1918, Kruševac was liberated in the First World War.
After the renaming, the Command for Development of the Rasina Brigade has been officially named the Rasina Brigade since January 1, 2022.
