March Generation of Soldiers Admitted to Military Service

A new generation of soldiers has been admitted to voluntary military service in the Serbian Armed Forces basic training centers in Sombor, Valjevo and Leskovac.

The young soldiers will undergo basic individual training in the next month and a half, after which they will continue their military service in specialist training centers.

During the basic training, the soldiers will master the contents of foot drill, the rules of the service and be trained to handle personal weapons, perform basic tactical operations and combat procedures, while continuously raising the level of physical fitness.

Voluntary military service lasts six months and includes three months of basic and individual specialist training in the Training Command centers, followed by joint training and active involvement in the life and work of units of the Serbian Armed Forces until the end of military service.
