Chief of General Staff with Delegation of U.S. Armed Forces

Today, Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, has received American Generals Chris A. McKinney and Andrew B. Stone, who are visiting the Republic of Serbia to participate in bilateral consultations in the field of defence.

Brigadier General Chris A. McKinney is Deputy Director (J-5/8) of Partnering, Security Cooperation and Weapons of Mass Destruction, USEUCOM, whereas Brigadier General Andrew B. Stone is Commander of the Special Troops Command of the Ohio National Guard.

The discussion at the meeting covered the current situation in the region and the area of Kosovo and Metohija, as well as the scope and prospects of cooperation, keeping the focus on the planned joint training activities of special units in the coming period.

In the conversation, it has been stated that the cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the EUCOM and the Ohio National Guard is constructive, professional and focused on quality and a clear contribution to strengthening the interoperability and capabilities of the armed forces.

Further on, during his visit to the Republic of Serbia, Brigadier General Andrew B. Stone will visit the Command of the 3rd Army Brigade in Niš, where he will meet with Brigade Commander, Brigadier General Vladan Milosavljević.
