Command and Staff Course Students’ Visit to Serbian Armed Forces Guard

Students of the 68th class of the Command and Staff Course of the National Defence School “Vojvoda Radomir Putnik“ visited the Serbian Armed Forces Guard in the “Dedinje“ Barracks in Belgrade yesterday.

This visit was part of the syllabus of the subject Command and Control and its purpose was the Course attendees’ familiarization with the purpose, missions, tasks and activities of this SAF unit.

The Command and Staff Course attendees were in a position to see the honorary company’s welcoming ceremony, modern assets and equipment of the 25th Military Police Battalion, and the Guard members’ rehearsals of honorary artillery firings.

The Command and Staff Course represents the second level of special officers’ training programs during which they acquire competence for commanding the battalion level tactical units and for performing staff duties in tactical and operation commands.
