Reception for Officers Referred to General Staff College

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, has hosted a reception today for SAF officers being referred to the General Staff College of the School of National Defence.
Addressing the new class of officers embarked on the advancement program needed for the highest and most responsible duties in the defence system, General Mojsilović has pointed out that their working results and proven abilities so far were their recommendation for this educational level, expressing his belief that they will successfully master the required theoretical and practical program. He has particularly emphasized that the students are expected to invest maximum effort and energy in acquiring new knowledge to prepare in the best possible way for responsible duties to be assumed upon completion of their education, where they are expected to give the greatest contribution to strengthening the overall capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The General Staff College represents the third level of the officers' career development program whose objective is the development of leadership skills in strategic thinking and efficient command and control amid a variety of national and international security challenges.
