Training of Soldiers of Logistics Specialties

At the Logistics Training Center, soldiers of the December 2024 intake are currently undergoing individual specialist training for logistics roles in the Serbian Armed Forces’ units.
Soldiers train at the centers of the Kraljevo, Kruševac and Niš garrisons for over 20 military occupational specialties of the logistics services, while the professional members of the Serbian Armed Forces also train there.
During this part of the military service, which lasts a month and a half, soldiers undergo theoretical and practical training necessary to perform tasks in the field of technical, quartermaster, medical and transportation services.
Training is delivered in specially equipped study rooms, in field conditions and with combat and non-combat assets. The aim is for soldiers to acquire necessary knowledge and abilities in handling the weapons and military equipment and doing basic maintenance, as well as performing the tasks related to general logistics, medical care and transportation.
The specialist training of the December 2024 intake ends in late February, when they will be tested on their abilities to perform individual military tasks. Afterwards, they will experience collective training and active involvement in the life and work of the Serbian Armed Forces’ units.
During this time, the soldiers can apply for admission to professional military service and go through the necessary procedure, which will enable them to join the ranks of professional members of the Serbian Armed Forces immediately after completing their military service.
