Tactical Training of Army Reconnaissance Units

Tactical exercises of Army reconnaissance units were conducted at military training grounds near Niš, as preparation for engagement in Serbian Armed Forces operations.
These exercises are part of a regular summer training cycle aimed at maintaining and enhancing the operational readiness of professional personnel for intelligence support in military operations.
The training focused on organizing and executing reconnaissance patrols and observation posts, conducting operations by reconnaissance teams deep within enemy lines, and carrying out various mission-specific tasks. The units employed modern surveillance and intelligence-gathering equipment that they have been equipped with in recent period.
Special emphasis was placed on the additional training of newly enlisted professional soldiers who recently joined the unit.
In recent years, the combat capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces’ reconnaissance units have been significantly improved. Alongside intensive training, these units continue to be equipped with state-of-the-art weapons and military equipment, ensuring their effectiveness on the contemporary battlefield and enabling them to carry out tasks successfully and provide the Serbian Armed Forces with reliable and timely intelligence.
