Day of SAF Armored Units

In the tank and mechanized battalions of the Serbian Armed Forces, military ceremonies have been held today on the occasion of the Armored Units Day marked in memory of 31 October 1941, when the revolutionaries used tanks for the first time in battles for the liberation of Kraljevo.
Greetings on the occasion of the holiday were read in front of the ceremonial parade of members of this branch, working results of the year behind us were summarized and awards and recognitions presented to the most successful individuals.
Over the last year, members of the armored units have successfully completed all tasks, showing that this branch, adorned with great firepower, mobility and armored protection, is rightfully a striking force and reliable support of the Serbian Armed Forces.
