Tactical Еxercise „Electron 2021“

Members of the signal battalion from the Army are conducting the tactical exercise „Electron 2021“ at several locations in the wider area of the unit's deployment.
The exercise is performed under realistic tactical assumptions, with the aim of testing the unit's ability to prepare and implement telecommunications information and protect telecommunications and information in Army operations.
As part of the exercise, members of the unit practice the actions and procedures that are applied when establishing telecommunications and information services in a given territory. Unit alerting, marching, position selection, camouflage and setting up of mobile telecommunication-information centers were conducted.
Planning, organization and implementation of such exercises improves the unit's ability for timely and quality transmission of information for the needs of the Army Command, with an appropriate level of protection of classified information and minimal risk of enemy counteraction.
