Day of Central Logistics Base Marked

A military ceremony was held in Belgrade today on the occasion of the Day of the Central Logistic Base, which is marked in memory of November 16, 1992, when the 608th rear base was formed, whose traditions are continued by this unit of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Key results of the year's work were presented at the ceremony, awards were given to the best individuals and appreciation letters were presented to the institutions with which the Central Logistics Base achieves successful cooperation.
In reviewing the achieved results, focus was on the significant progress that was made in improving the conditions for the storage and maintenance of troop and non-troop reserves in all units of the Central Logistics Base, as well as the expertise and responsible attitude of the professional component in the execution of assigned tasks, which made a full contribution to ensuring the continuity of logistical support in the defense system and the smooth functioning of the commands, units and institutions of the Serbian Armed Forces.
