Visit to Central Logistics Base Unit

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, has visited today a Central Logistics Base unit in Požega tasked with storing mobile assets for the requirements of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.

On that occasion, General Mojsilović has inspected the storage facilities for basic and electrical assets, spare parts and tools, seeing in person that the service personnel are highly proficient in the tasks implying receipt of resources from the production lines and the market, their distribution and replenishment of the defence system’s end-users. 

Chief of the General Staff has not only expressed satisfaction with the current state of affairs, officers', soldiers' and civilians' attitude to the entrusted property, but he has also pointed out that the Serbian Armed Forces will keep improving the conditions for storing and maintaining stocks for the troops and other units in all Central Logistics Base units, which is hugely important for SAF functioning smoothly, on the whole. 

During today's visit, Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff has been accompanied by Head of the Logistics Directorate (J-4) of the General Staff, Major General Srđan Petković and Commander of the Central Logistics Base, Brigadier General Saša Petrović.
