This week, at the “South” Base and “Borovac” Training Ground, a capability check was carried out for the SAF units declared for participation in multinational operations under the Operational Capabilities Concept.

The MP platoon and CBRN platoon from the Army joined the inspection, demonstrating the reached level of combat readiness and interoperability.

For several days, at the tactical exercise held on that occasion, these units, in accordance with their purpose, carried out the tasks potentially awaiting them when engaging in multinational operations.

Their work was evaluated by the SAF Assessment Team and the results showed that the units had met the required standards of competence for engagement in an international environment.

The MP and CBRN platoons continue with a cycle of intensive training, at the end of which they will undergo a final check for participation in multinational operations, which will be carried out by an international assessment team.

The Republic of Serbia declared an infantry company, two MP platoons, two CBRN platoons and an engineering general support company for participation in multinational operations under the Operational Capabilities Concept.
