Combat shooting at “Pasuljanske livade” training filed

At “Pasuljanske livade” training filed artillery-rocket units with the SAF Air and Air Defense units and Army units performed combat fire-arms shooting.

At “Pasuljanske livade” training filed artillery-rocket units with the SAF Air and Air Defense units and Army units performed combat fire-arms shooting.

The units of artillery battalion and Air Defense artillery-rocket battalion targeted real targets in the air. The target drawn by F-62 T plane at 1200 m altitude was targeted from 11 anti air craft arms of Bofors 40 mm type. The planes had two flights, each lasting 90 minutes.

Brigadier General Jovica Draganic, Chief of the Air Force Command HQ, stressed that this air defense training of rocket units is the pinnacle of training and preparing combat crews in this SAF branch. General Draganic gave his estimate of the preparedness of combat units as excellent as well as the organization of combat shooting, while taking this opportunity to commend the organizer of the shooting and the engagement of the battalion members in the exercise.
