Serbian Armed Forces Help Clear Snow-covered Roads in Crna Trava

This morning, the Serbian Armed Forces members of the Fourth Army Brigade have been deployed to the Municipality of Crna Trava to eliminate the consequences of snowfall, resulting in an interruption of road communication to the surrounding villages.
In the previous days, the residents have made great efforts to clear the roads from snow in the entire municipality, but last night, faced with deep snowdrifts, they asked for help. As many times before, the Serbian Armed Forces was among the first to respond and sent an engineering unit to the field.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, visited today members of the Serbian Armed Forces engaged in Crna Trava, saying on this occasion that members of the Serbian Armed Forces are always there whenever the people need help and when the situation is the most difficult.
The Serbian Armed Forces will continue to be present in the Municipality of Crna Trava in the coming days in order to provide assistance in all situations when snow blocks normal communication.
