A Visit of Facilities and Units in Negotin and Pirot

The Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović, visited part of the units and facilities of the Training Command and the Central Logistic Base in Negotin and Pirot.

In "Hajduk Veljko" barracks in Negotin, which is in the Military Real Estate Master Plan, unnecessary for the functioning of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Mojsilović visited the infrastructure facilities and perceived the accommodation facilities for manpower and movable assets, and the possibility to deploy some of the Serbian Armed Forces units to the barracks after the revitalization.  

In continuation of the tour, the Chief of General Staff visited the "Third Infantry Regiment" barracks and "Barje Čiflik" military complex in the city of Pirot, where he gained insight into the dynamics of infrastructure facilities construction, work organization and capacity of the Central Logistic Base unit that performs tasks at these locations.

The Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces expressed his satisfaction with the progress made in the units he visited and the training of soldiers and officers, who professionally perform all tasks in complex conditions, giving their full contribution to strengthening the operational capabilities of their units.
