Visit of Allied Joint Forces Command Naples Delegation

A delegation of the Allied Joint Forces Command Naples, led by Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, Rear Admiral Larry LeGree, paid a two-day visit to the Republic of Serbia.

During the visit, the guests from Naples visited the base "South", where they got acquainted with the training and development capacities in the Multinational Operations Training Centre and attended the conference for the specification of the exercise "Serbia-NATO 22“. The conference was also attended by representatives of units from Greece, Italy, Hungary, Germany and Turkey, which will participate in a joint exercise in our country next year.

Exercise "Serbia-NATO 22" was initiated during the meeting of the Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces and the President of the Republic with the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Marshal Stuart Peach, in 2019 in Belgrade. The exercise on the topic "Planning and conducting peacekeeping operations and counter-terrorist operations" should be conducted in October 2022.
