In support of the efforts of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia to provide a better healthcare to the population in the areas which are difficult to reach, members of the Serbian Armed Forces have implemented several “Military Doctor in the Village” campaigns in recent days.
As part of this week’s campaigns, doctors and medical technicians of the Serbian Armed Forces, together with their colleagues from local healthcare centers, carried out preventive health examinations in temporarily established clinics, and paid home visits to people with limited mobility and immobility in the villages of Mosna and Miroč in the territory of Majdanpek and in the village of Mozgovo near Aleksinac. On this occasion, packages with basic necessities provided by the Red Cross were also distributed.
As always, members of the Serbian Armed Forces have been warmly welcomed by the citizens, who, with their gratitude for the help provided, point out that they can always rely on the Serbian Armed Forces when they need help.
The campaign “Military Doctor in the Village” is only one of a series of projects of civil-military cooperation that the Serbian Armed Forces implement in all parts of the Republic of Serbia in order to make possible for a better life for the citizens of our country, cherishing the unbreakable bond between the armed forces and the people.
