Mobile Camping of 63rd Parachute Brigade

The 63rd Parachute Brigade members are on their multiday mobile camping outside their bases in order to execute numerous contents of special operations tactical training.

The drills involve the unit's professional members alongside soldiers of March 2022 intake who are performing the second part of their military service in the 63rd Parachute Brigade.

Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović visited them today and saw personally that the training had been prepared and organized in such a way to require utmost determination and effort from the unit members so that they could meet the high training standards set for this elite SAF unit.  

This week's activities in the 63rd began with alerting part of the unit and repositioning its combat elements to the mobile camping area using combat and non-combat vehicles and helicopters. 

During multiday field activities, paratroopers conduct tactical drills and practice raids and ambushes, SAR, securing stationary and mobile units and commands, and perform parachute and special landings on the unfamiliar ground.

Such training, which involves training soldiers on their military service who will mostly become SAF professional members of the 63rd Parachute Brigade, is a way to enhance the capabilities of the unit for carrying out special forces operations deep into operational and strategic enemy disposition.
