Training of Soldiers on Military Service in 72nd Special Operations Brigade

Specialized training of soldiers performing their military service in 72nd Special Operations Brigade as of March 2022 is underway at "Rastko Nemanjić" Barracks in Pančevo and SAF training grounds.
Soldiers serving in the 72nd Special Operations Brigade have been trained in SAF counter-terrorist duties since mid-April. Previously, they completed successfully their individual training at Training Command Centres.
The training requires the soldiers undergo MP and special operations units' tactics, improve their physical fitness and execute firing from different kinds of weapons used in the unit so as to become fully prepared for successful execution of counter-terrorist operations. The focus is on training in combat operations in urban conditions and direct combat in closed spaces.
Soldiers doing their military service in the 72nd Special Operations Brigade show that they are highly motivated and committed to training activities, and willing to join the unit as professionals. The best ones among them, completing successfully selective training, will be able to start their career as professional SAF soldiers and serve in this elite brigade.
