Dog Training Centrе Achieves Exceptional Results at National Championship

At the Šarplaninac National Championship, held in Niš yesterday, the Serbian Armed Forces Dog Training Centrе achieved exceptional results.
It was an international dog show, bringing together a large number of participants and breeders from all over the country and the region, and the Serbian Armed Forces’ Šarplaninac dogs were the ones to win six cups.
In addition to the most beautiful female of the show - the national champion, the Centrе had the best pairs and the best breeding groups, winning the first and second places in their categories, thus confirming a high quality and genetic potential of our center as the largest regional breeding center.
For the contribution to the development of the Šarplaninac breed, on this occasion, the representatives of the Šarplaninac Club “Krajina” from Banja Luka presented a golden plaque to the Dog Training Centrе, which was received by the unit commander, Colonel Zdenko Cvijetić.
The Dog Training Centrе is intended for training, healthcare, breeding and reproduction of dogs, training and improvement of the veterinary service personnel; the Centеr’s excellent results and recognitions achieved at domestic and international competitions confirm this SAF unit’s status and reputation.
