High Stock Levels of all Kinds of Fuel at Serbian Armed Forces Depots

General Milan Mojsilović, Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, has visited one of the fuel depots of the 608th Logistics Base in the south of Serbia today.
During the visit, he inspected stock levels, the conditions under which Serbian Armed Forces personnel carry out their duties, the storage conditions for fuel supplies, and the new storage facilities for aviation fuel.
On that occasion, he saw that all prescribed measures for the storage and safeguarding of assets had been implemented and that the unit’s personnel were highly motivated and fully capable of carrying out their tasks.
Major General Saša Petrović, Chief of the Logistics Directorate (J-4) of the General Staff, reported on the fuel stock levels at the Base’s depots and those of other units, highlighting that the supply level across the Serbian Armed Forces exceeds 100 percent.
At the end of his inspection, General Mojsilović has expressed satisfaction with the situation on the ground, the professional attitude of unit personnel toward their assigned tasks and property, and, above all, the high level of Serbian Armed Forces stockpile reserves. He emphasized that, amidst global supply chain disruptions, current stock levels guarantee the uninterrupted functioning of the Serbian Armed Forces, which are now in a position—should the need arise—to make certain quantities available to help maintain supply stability within the market of the Republic of Serbia.
