Training of 4th Army Brigade Tank Crewmen

Members of the tank battalion of the 4th Army Brigade are undergoing intensive training in the peacetime deployment area and on the training ground in the vicinity of Vranje with the aim of further improving their capabilities for the execution of specific tasks.
In addition to training, which is the battalion's main task throughout the year, the unit is also preparing to recruit new gunners and tank drivers through the ongoing public competition, which is open until the 15th July.
Tank crewmen have new equipment and weapons, and their training begins in specialized classrooms. They have three different modern simulators at their disposal: for initial driver training, for training gunners in operating an automatic cannon, and a simulator for training in aiming and shooting.
After successfully completing theoretical training and classroom work, tank crewmen move on to tactical training on the field in all terrain, weather, and tactical conditions, so that they themselves and the unit as a whole are fully trained to carry out the assigned missions and tasks.
Those interested in serving in this or another tank unit of the Serbian Armed Forces can apply for public competitions for drivers and gunners of M-84 and T-72MS tanks until the 15th July. The places of service are in Sremska Mitrovica, Kraljevo, Niš and Vranje.
