Meeting Between the Chief of General Staff and the KFOR Commander
Friday, 28.5.2021 | International Co-operation
A regular meeting of the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilovic and the KFOR Commander, Major General Franco Federici, was held today in Belgrade.
During the meeting, they discussed the current security situation in Kosovo and Metohija and the activities undertaken to monitor the situation on the ground and the preservation and promotion of peace and security in the area of the southern Serbian province.
General Mojsilović pointed out, as before, that KFOR was the only legitimate armed formation in Kosovo and Metohija, since the Military Technical Agreement, as well as other signed agreements with KFOR, do not recognize other parties other than the security forces of the Republic of Serbia and KFOR, and that it was, as such, the most responsible for the safety of the population in the entire area of Kosovo and Metohija and for the protection of our national, cultural, historical and religious heritage.
