Chief of General Staff Visiting Units in Kraljevo

Together with his colleagues, Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, has visited today some units of the 2nd Army Brigade stationed at the “Ribnica” Barracks in Kraljevo.
During the visit, he gained a direct insight into the state of affairs, capabilities of the unit, organization of life and work, and level of execution of critical tasks in the first quarter of this year. He also attended the training of soldiers in using reconnaissance and combat drones after which he visited the reconstructed facilities where recruits will be accommodated after reinstating obligatory military service.
In a conversation with officers and soldiers, while expressing his satisfaction with the new capabilities of the 2nd Brigade which have been achieved, the Chief of the General Staff has pointed out that in the coming period, the acquisition of modern weapons and military equipment will continue, which also applies to the activities aimed at improving the Serbian Armed Forces members’ living and working conditions.
The Chief of the General Staff was accompanied by Army Commander Major General Zoran Nasković, Head of the Logistics Directorate (J-4) Major General Saša Petrović, Head of the Human Resources Directorate (J-1) Brigadier General Slađan Hristov, Head of the Development and Equipment Directorate (J-5), Brigadier General Stanisav Mijailović, and Head of the Office of the Chief of the General Staff, Colonel Boris Stojković.
