Тactical exercise of 250th rocket brigade

A two-day tactical exercise of 250th rocket brigade titled JESEN 2008 ended yesterday. During the exercise, the activities of spotting targets, follwing them and simultaneous destruction of targets in aerial space, took place in Major Milan Tepic barracks in Jakovo, at Batajnica air base and in the vicinity of Srem village of Progar.
A two-day tactical exercise of 250th rocket brigade titled JESEN (FALL) 2008 ended today. During the exercise, the activities of spotting targets, follwing them and simultaneous destruction of targets in aerial space, took place in Major Milan Tepic barracks in Jakovo, at Batajnica air base and in the vicinity of Srem village of Progar.
The basic purpose of the exercise was training combat arms crews made up of professional members of a rocket unit. The rocket unit crews from Jakovo took this opportunity to check the potentials and the modernization of NEVA-M rocket system.
This tactical exercise is also the pinnacle of the training of June 2008 generation of conscripts who on this occasion could put the theoretical knowledge into practice and to have a taste of the life in the field.
