Soldiers’ Specialist Skills Examined

Thursday, 30.6.2022 | Training
This week, the Army Training Centre in Požarevac has conducted the evaluation of skills of those soldiers on voluntary military service (as of March 2022) whose initial training is four months long.

The exam has been taken by reconnaissance soldiers and M-84 tank and IFV M-80A gunners whose individual training is one month longer due to the complexity of military duties they are being prepared for.

During the fitness exam, soldiers are faced with different tactical problems whose successful solving requires applying knowledge and skills acquired through ten-week specialist training.

The examination has been completed successfully as a result of soldiers’ commitment and hard work during the training, as well as high quality training delivered by the Army Training Centre instructors. Afterwards, reconnaissance soldiers and gunners will be provided with collective training in SAF units where they could upgrade the acquired knowledge and actively participate in performing their day-to-day tasks.
