Snipers Training in Training Command

Advanced specialist training of soldiers and officers assigned to the position of snipers in the Serbian Armed Forces units is being conducted at the training areas and ranges of the Training Command.
The goal of the training is to improve the knowledge and skills in handling a sniper rifle, individually or in pairs, in all weather and ground conditions, with the use of handy and formation camouflage equipment.
The training program includes numerous contents, and special attention is paid to the proper use of camouflage equipment, movement on the ground, selection and arrangement of shelter pits for operations and fire tasks solutions.
In a very short period, three fitness marches are realized, out of which the most demanding is certainly the day and night march in the length of 30 kilometers, during which physical ability, reaction time in the application of tactical actions and fire training are checked.
The training is attended by experienced members of the Serbian Armed Forces who achieve the best results in shooting and are psychophysically capable of performing specific snipers tasks. After completing the training, they will apply the acquired knowledge while performing their duties in the Serbian Armed Forces units.
