Specialist Training of Soldiers in Air Force and Air Defence Training Centre

Six-week specialist training of the "June 2021" generation of soldiers performing military service is being conducted in the Air Force and Air Defence Training Centre at the "Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović" airfield in Batajnica.
Soldiers are being trained in the Centre for the specialties of the Air Defence artillery and missile units, air surveillance and warning service and technical service of air technical specialty.
The training is conducted on L/70 "Bofors" Air Defence guns, "Neva-M", "Kub-M" and S-2M missile systems, and in stationary and mobile centres of air surveillance and warning, with contents from tactical, fire and physical training and topics from the course on devices and equipment.
At the same time, training is being conducted with newly recruited professional soldiers, who are improving their professional knowledge and skills for performing tasks at their positions.
The soldiers will practically use the knowledge acquired at the training in the Serbian Armed Forces units, to which they will be sent for further military service after the completion of the specialist training.
