Chief of General Staff Visits 3rd Army Brigade

The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović has visited units of the 3rd Army Brigade stationed in Niš, Prokuplje, Kuršumlija and Zaječar.

During his two-day visit and in conversation with members of the 3rd Army Brigade, General Mojsilović gained insight into the state of operational capabilities and the quality of life and work in this unit of the Army.
 
Soldiers, NCOs and officers of battalions and divisions of the 3rd Army Brigade demonstrated a remarkable level of capabilities, readiness and competence operating combat assets. Infantry, armour, mechanized, artillery, reconnaissance, engineer and air defence units presented outstanding skills. Members of the 3rd Army Brigade also presented capacities of workshops for a light overhaul of assets.

Commander of the 3rd Army Brigade, Brigadier General Slađan Stamenković reported on the situation in the 3rd Brigade. The Deputy Commander of the Army, Brigadier General Vladeta Baltić and heads of operations and logistics departments of the General Staff, Major General Želimir Gliošović and Brigadier General Savo Iriškić accompanied General Mojsilović during the visit.
