The Serbian Armed Forces members transformed the Halls 1 and 1a of the Belgrade Fair for the accommodation of persons with infectious disease COVID-19 symptoms.
The halls were cleaned and disinfected and 3000 beds were placed for patients with a lighter clinical picture.
Based on the recommendation of experts from the People's Republic of China, mass testing in the Republic of Serbia is about to begin and all coronavirus positive patients will be hospitalized, so it is necessary to prepare additional capacities across the country for the reception of the sick, in which the Serbian Armed Forces members are actively involved.
Both commanding officers and soldiers participated in the preparation of the halls for the accommodation of persons with COVID-19 symptoms, which testifies of the determination of the Serbian Armed Forces members to carry out all the received tasks in order to protect the country and citizens in the state of emergency.
