40th anniversary of the Libyan revolution

The President of Lybia Muammar el Gaddafi and another 60 state officials along with the President of Serbia Boris Tadic and the Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac and the minister of foreign Vuk Jeremic attended the parade which started the 6-day long celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Libyan revolution.

The President of Lybia Muammar el Gaddafi and another 60 state officials along with the President of Serbia Boris Tadic and the Minister of Defense Dragan Sutanovac and the minister of foreign Vuk Jeremic attended the parade which started the 6-day long celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Libyan revolution.

Furthermore, 26 members of the Serbian Armed Forces participated in the parade who along with other soldiers paraded in front of the ceremonious stage where high state officials stood.

The following officials also were part of the delegation: State Secretary Dusan Spasojevic, Deputy CHOD LTG Mladne Cirkovic and CEO of Yugoimport SDPR Stevan Nikcevic.
This week is celebrating 40th anniversary of the military coup which enabled Gaddafi to assume power in 1969, thus becoming a president with the longest mandate in Africa and in the Arabic world.
