International Course in the Field of Civil-Military Cooperation

A tactical course of civil-military cooperation is being held in Belgrade this week organized by the Department for Civil-Military Cooperation (J-9) of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff and with the support of the European Command of the United States Armed Forces.

Participants in the course are officers and non-commissioned officers from the Serbian Armed Forces and the European Command of the US Armed Forces who work in civil-military cooperation at the tactical level.

The aim of the one-week training is to improve knowledge in working with civilian organizations in a modern operational environment and training to work in various positions in civil-military cooperation teams when deployed in peacekeeping operations. 

Apart from the lecturers from the Department for Civil-Military Cooperation (J-9) and the European Command of the US Armed Forces, representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia and the Serbian Red Cross are also participating in the course.
