Intensive specialist training of soldiers on military service of the "December 2021" class of the infantry and engineering branches is conducted at the "Mogila" and "Peskovi" ranges in the vicinity of Požarevac.

As part of a six-week individual specialist training at the Army Training Centre, soldiers of these branches are trained for the combat use of personal and collective weapons and mine-explosive devices, and for the proper application of tactical actions and procedures in combat operations.

In this phase of training, infantry soldiers conduct all preparatory shootings from the branch weapons and independently solve tactical tasks, with proper movement on the battlefield, choice of shelter, as well as the use of camouflage and atomic-biological-chemical protection. Along with their training, engineering branch soldiers carry out exercises with mine-explosive devices, during which they are trained to handle stick and electric means for activating explosive charges, and for laying and removing mines.

Specialist training of this class of soldiers on military service ends next week with a test of ability to independently perform tactical tasks, followed by collective training in the Serbian Armed Forces units until the end of military service.
