Infantry company from the 4th Army Brigade is in the Federal Republic of Germany, where it will participate in the international exercise "Saber Junction 21“.

The aim of the exercise, which takes place at the Hohenfels Joint Multinational Readiness Center, is to develop interoperability and mutual understanding between partner countries' land forces during conducting peace support operations. Participation in this exercise improves the ability of Serbian Armed Forces units to perform tasks from the first mission at the tactical level.

The exercise is organized by the European and African Command of the United States Armed Forces, and this year, in addition to the United States and Serbia, members of the Armed Forces of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Moldova, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, North Macedonia, Ukraine and France also participate.

The Serbian Armed Forces took part in the "Saber Junction" exercise for the first time in 2012, with one infantry platoon, and since 2016, one infantry company from the Army has been participating in this exercise.
