Individual Training of the Youngest Soldiers in the Serbian Armed Forces

The training centres of the Serbian Armed Forces are in the process of individual training of soldiers who have started their military service this month.

During the forty days, as long as the period of basic individual training lasts, the soldiers will go through topics of tactical training and drills, infantry weapons, the Rules of Service, and improve their physical ability. During this period, they will be able to use personal weapons and equipment, take protection measures, provide first aid and perform the duties of internal service bodies.

As part of this training period, young soldiers are currently practicing manual of arms and preparing to take the military oath, which awaits them in just a week.

After taking the oath, infantry fire, stationary camping and evaluation will be conducted when the commanders will gain insight into the level of soldiers training for performing their tasks. Those, who successfully master the evaluation, will be sent to specialist training centre for further training for their specialties.
